About our jewelry

What is your jewelry made of?

Every piece is crafted from hypoallergenic surgical-grade stainless steel with a bonded 18K gold or rhodium PVD coating. This gives the look and feel of fine jewelry at a fraction of the price — and the finish is rated to last 5–10× longer than traditional plating.

Is it safe to shower, swim, and work out in?

Yes. Every piece is waterproof, sweatproof, and skin-safe — designed for daily wear including showers, workouts, swimming pools, and the ocean. We do recommend avoiding harsh chemicals (chlorine concentrate, bleach, perfumes sprayed directly on jewelry) to preserve the finish over the long term.

Will it tarnish, fade, or turn my skin green?

No. Because the base metal is surgical-grade stainless steel (not brass or copper) and the gold/rhodium coating is bonded via PVD, there's no reaction with skin or sweat that causes discoloration. Our lifetime color warranty covers you if it ever does — we'll replace it free.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Surgical-grade stainless steel is the same material used in medical-grade piercings and implants — nickel-free and hypoallergenic. We hear from customers all the time who could only previously wear titanium or solid gold and have had zero issues with NORA.

How do I choose my size?

Open the Size guide for full charts on rings, bracelets, and necklaces. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for rings and bracelets.

What if my piece doesn't fit?

Return it within 60 days for a full refund (or exchange for a different size). See our Refund Policy.

Orders & shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 3 PM CET on a business day ship the same day. Delivery times: Netherlands/Belgium 1–3 days, EU/UK 3–6 days, US 4–7 days, Australia 7–12 days, rest of world 7–14 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with free shipping on every order — no minimum. Orders to countries outside the EU may incur local import duties on arrival; those are the customer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (usually within 24 hours of purchase). You can also use our order tracker.

What if my package is lost?

If your package hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email us at info@shopnoragem.com or WhatsApp +31 6 13513980. We'll open a trace with the courier and reship or refund if confirmed lost.

Returns & warranty

What's your return policy?

60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging. We'll send a prepaid return label — no restocking fees. Full details in our Refund Policy.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

If your piece ever fades, tarnishes, or changes color under normal wear, we replace it free. No fine print, no expiration, no proof of original purchase required. It doesn't cover impact damage or loss.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email info@shopnoragem.com or WhatsApp +31 6 13513980 with a photo of the piece and your order number (or just the email used to purchase). We'll handle it from there.

Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

Minimal care needed. Rinse with lukewarm water after heavy sweat or saltwater exposure, dry with a soft cloth, store in the pouch. Full details on our Care guide.
