Search your inbox for an email from us with the subject "Your order is on its way" — it includes a tracking link. If you can't find it, also check your spam or promotions folder.

If you created an account at checkout, you can view all your order tracking at your account page.

Order hasn't moved?

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us at info@shopnoragem.com or WhatsApp +31 6 13513980 with your order number. We'll open a trace with the courier and reship or refund if confirmed lost. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Customs and duties

Orders to countries outside the EU may incur local import duties on arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility — we have no control over them.
