Refund policy
60-day return window. If you're not happy with your order, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. No restocking fees.
How to return
- Email us at info@shopnoragem.com with your order number — we'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item in its original packaging (or any padded mailer that protects it).
- Drop it at any post office or courier pickup point. Return shipping is free — we cover it.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 3 business days after arrival at our warehouse), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- Earrings can only be returned if sealed/unopened (hygiene)
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return
- Customised or engraved pieces are not eligible for return
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3–10 business days to appear in your account. There are no restocking fees and no hidden processing fees — you get the full purchase price back.
Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), in which case we refund those too.

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Reach out to info@shopnoragem.com if you'd like help.
Lifetime color warranty
Every piece comes with a lifetime warranty against fading, tarnishing, or color change under normal use. If your piece develops any of these issues, contact info@shopnoragem.com and we'll replace it free. The warranty doesn't cover impact damage, loss, or wear from extreme conditions (e.g., months of saltwater exposure without rinsing).
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@shopnoragem.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it free and cover return shipping.
