Free worldwide shipping
Every order ships free, worldwide, with no minimum spend. Shipping costs are included in the displayed product price — no surprise fees at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3 PM CET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.

- EU — 3–6 days
- UK — 3–6 days
- United States — 4–7 days
- Canada — 5–9 days
- Australia & New Zealand — 7–12 days
- Rest of world — 7–14 days
These are estimates, not guarantees — local couriers and customs can occasionally add delays.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can also track via the order confirmation email at any time.
Taxes and customs
Prices shown on this site for shipments within the EU include all applicable VAT — what you see at checkout is what you pay. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by the destination country's customs authority — we have no control over them.
Lost or stuck packages
If your package hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email info@shopnoragem.com or WhatsApp +31 6 13513980 with your order number. We'll open a trace with the courier and either reship or refund if confirmed lost.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders shipped to an incorrect address can usually not be recovered. If you spot a typo immediately after ordering, email info@shopnoragem.com within 1 hour and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
