Size guide
How to find your size
Sizing at home takes 5 minutes and a piece of string. Here's how to get it right.
Rings
Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or first thing in the morning.
Method 1: Existing ring
If you have a ring that fits, measure the inside diameter with a ruler.
| Inside diameter | US size | EU size | UK size |
|---|---|---|---|
| 14.9 mm | 4 | 47 | H |
| 15.7 mm | 5 | 50 | J |
| 16.5 mm | 6 | 52 | L |
| 17.3 mm | 7 | 54 | N |
| 18.1 mm | 8 | 57 | P |
| 19.0 mm | 9 | 59 | R |
| 19.8 mm | 10 | 62 | T |
Method 2: String
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters — this is your finger's circumference. Divide by π (3.14) for the diameter, then use the chart above.
Between sizes? Size up. Easier to wear a slightly loose ring than to fight a tight one.
Bracelets
Wrap a piece of string snugly around your wrist where you want the bracelet to sit. Measure the length. Add about 1.5 cm for a comfortable fit (more if you like a looser drape).
| Wrist circumference | Bracelet length (snug) | Bracelet length (loose) |
|---|---|---|
| 14–15 cm | 15–16 cm | 16.5–17.5 cm |
| 15–16 cm | 16–17 cm | 17.5–18.5 cm |
| 16–17 cm | 17–18 cm | 18.5–19.5 cm |
| 17–18 cm | 18–19 cm | 19.5–20.5 cm |
Most pieces are adjustable. For fixed-length styles, heavier chains sit lower; lighter chains stay closer to where you measured.
Necklaces
Decide where you want the pendant to sit on your chest, then measure the distance from the back of your neck to that point — that's the chain length you need.
| Style | Length | Where it sits |
|---|---|---|
| Choker | 35–40 cm | Base of the throat |
| Princess | 45 cm | Just below the collarbone (most popular) |
| Matinee | 50–60 cm | Resting on the chest |
| Opera | 70–80 cm | Drapes well below the chest, layerable |
Layering tips
- Necklaces: stack lengths 5+ cm apart so they don't tangle
- Bracelets: vary chain styles (thin + heavy + bead) so they sit differently
- Rings: stack 2–3 thin bands on one finger, mix metals (gold + silver) intentionally for an eclectic look
